Solidarity in Hirschhorn works! Thanks to the great cooperation in the town and a high degree of discipline by the team of ITG, it was possible to keep a cool head during the hot phases of the pandemic. Be it the on-site test offer or the procurement of self-tests for the implementation of the company's occupational health and safety regulations. The commitment went beyond the obvious.

In order to protect the health of the employees and to ensure the operational processes, ITG invested a lot in a functioning hygiene concept. It has even been possible to offer a total of 3 vaccination campaigns for the employees at the site. ITGs vaccination rate is already far above the WHOs recommended rate. 

Due to the high vaccination readiness as well as the consistent implementation of the existing hygiene measuress in the company as well as in the private sector, it could be ensured that the  operational process was not impaired at any time. All customers could be served in the usual way during the Corona pandemic.
