Depending on the part geometry and the clock cycle, horizontal transport of the components to be hardened is the more suitable concept for some applications.

The components are thereby guided through the process zones for hardening and tempering under rotation. The design options range from manual mounting and removal to a fully automatic system with separation of the parts that are provided as bulk material.
